My experience interviewing here was frustrating and, at times, surprisingly dismissive of a candidate’s time. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent, and scheduling required multiple follow-ups. Long gaps occurred between interview steps with little clarity about timelines or next steps.
During the interviews themselves, the tone often felt rushed and transactional rather than like a genuine effort to understand a candidate’s experience. Questions seemed more focused on quick filtering than on actually discussing industry knowledge or background. As someone with several years of experience in retirement plan administration, I expected a more professional and respectful conversation.
Overall, the process left the impression that candidates’ time and preparation were not valued.
