Interview
I interviewed with my immediate boss and the senior management for my first interview; for my second interview, I met the entire team. It was a relatively painless process and I felt at ease.

Question 1
They asked me to clarify my goals for the position as well as my understanding of the administrative nature of the work. I also received standard questions, like telling them about myself and past experiences related to the job, as well as my best/worst qualities.
