Interview
The interview was relaxed and friendly. I was interviewed by the Operations Director and a Senior Engineer. Both were very engaging and easy to talk to. They both did a good job of selling the company to me alongside making me feel that I'd be a good fit for them.

Interview
Via agency who did a fair bit of prep and supplied good background to company. Had one initial interview along with a telephone call follow up and a 1-1 meeting with a senior manager. Very friendly, not at all confrontational.
