Pretty average interview process. The first phone interview was with the President of Insurance and the VP of Employee Benefits. They discussed the role and asked a few questions. They scheduled a second interview with the same people. However, one of the interviewers didn’t join the meeting. I had to follow up on the status of the job to find out I wasn’t selected.
