Very tedious and they made it feel like a tough process but in reality it felt more like a hiring scam. See other review on the company. They made it feel like it was a tough process but then both times I was there, there were more then 10 people with resumes in hand.

Newpac Group had a fantastic interview process. They reached back to me quickly after my application and the interview process consisted of 3 interviews over the span of 3 consecutive days. I greatly appreciate how expedited the interview process was and was through the whole process within a week. The interviewers are very positive + friendly. They really want to get to know you as a person and it felt like a friendly conversation rather than an interview. The team has a great foundation of leadership, are highly positive, and seems to be off to a great start for being new in the Portland area. Be prepared for longer conversational style interviews and bring a positive attitude :)
