The interview process at New Work has multiple steps:
1. HR screening - to understand if there's a match between candidate and employer
2. Tech challenge - to assess your technical expertise
3. Tech challenge review - to review the challenge and ask a few more questions
4. Meet the team - to introduce the candidate to the team and collect some feedback from the future colleagues
5. HR review and offer - to assess a bit of the candidate's personality and, ideally, make an offer
