New Chapter interview questions

Applied online, took them 3 months to get back to me. The interview was extremely odd, they seemed un-prepared and seemed had not reviewed the resume ahead of time, none of them were able to answer any questions about their products, etc.

I had 5 rounds of conversation and an additional Presentation round. 5 rounds were very conversational, great people, very humble. Got good feedback for the presentation as well. Was surprised when I was rejected on the grounds that I didn't have sufficient experience in CPG. Would have been better if they would have identified it in advance. Could have saved both our time and especially mine due to the days i spent on the presentation.
