The administrator did all the talking. It took maybe 5 minutes. The administrator talked about the facility and the other employees, what those employees did. Talked about his insurance and his family, where he lived. Did ask where I lived and if I knew anything about the company. Shortest interview I've ever had and never have I not been asked more than one question.
