The interview process was very fast. The first round was just a short interview so they could associate the name with a face. The second round is with a corporate trainer who conducts interviews to add new representatives to their team, and if they like you then they pass you through to the third round which essentially means you are hired.

Genuine, high morales men who went through a welcoming and professional interview process. The actual job at task was not specific or explained clearly in the interview, however. But expectations are clearly communicated.

I have had a great experience interviewing so far. Both the Co Director and Account Manager have been very welcoming and thorough while talking to them and I have felt very comfortable talking to them with conversation flowing very smoothly.
