Interview
The hiring and interview process conducted by NetSuite has been a very good experience for me. The whole process took around 2 weeks which consisted of a written exam, an interview with the HR representative, a technical interview with a senior employee, and a final interview with a manager. The exam and the technical interview were challenging and they contained questions that are excellent in gauging the problem solving abilities of the applicants. The final interview allowed a thorough evaluation of my character and if I am fit for the position I applied for and the working environment in NetSuite. All of the interviewers exhibited vast knowledge about their field of work and they had been direct about the problem they wanted me to solve to help them evaluate my capabilities. They stayed approachable while keeping an aura of professionalism during the interviews.
Another great thing about the hiring process is the attentiveness of the HR representative I have been in contact with. She was able to provide all the details I need about the job offer when I passed the exams and interviews and these information helped me make my decision which is to build my career in NetSuite.

Question 1
"As my final question, tell me something about yourself that is not already stated in your resume."
That was one question I really did not expect and it was challenging because I had to give an answer that will really encapsulate my abilities and my devotion to my work. It was a great question because it allowed me further to think out of the box.
"What are ways on how hiring fresh graduates can add value to the company?"
During my application it was the first time that the company opened a lot of opportunities for fresh graduates. This is a challenging question for me because I had to think out of the box regarding my abilities and experiences that I believe will bring profitability to the company.

1 in person interview (20 min behavioral with the team, 30 min general technical, 45 minute technical examination)
Entire process, from initial review till offer took about 3 weeks. Had to fill out a bunch of things for the application, then HR from NY reached out and did an initial screening. Next, had to complete a Skype interview with the head manager of the program. Finally, met the team and interviewed with them. It took about 2-2.5 hours. There was a technical skills examination. Mostly just general questions. NetSuite provides a lot training so they look for someone who is genuine, and well-rounded. I was offered the position two days after the interview. The background check was requested and took about another 3 weeks to complete. Finally an amazing gift basket was sent welcoming me to the team.
Now, they have changed the process a little bit. The final stage is called Super Day where you are flown out to Chicago and spend the entire day interviewing. Good luck.
