I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NetSuite in Apr 2014
Interview
I was referred by an employee. I was contacted the day after and was scheduled for a written examination the morning after. Parts of the exam covers a lot of avenue for logical thinking. It took me three hours to finish mine. On the afternoon of the same day, I was interviewed by Human Resources. And a week after, I was scheduled for a technical interview. Another week later, I was notified of a job offer being drafted. Two weeks after that, I was presented the written offer. There was trouble determining my start date at the time so there is the possibility of being given the written offer earlier.
The interview process had three stages. First, there was a phone screening with an analyst just to see if there was a fit. Then, there was a video interview with HR, which included very typical behavioural questions. The last step was a final round Superday where there were multiple group activities and two short individual interviews.

The interview process was challenging. I had to be interviewed by recruiter, colleagues, team leads, managers and director. But the vibe was not intimidating. They made sure that applicants were comfortable so as to avoid nervousness.
