Neighbors Emergency Center interview questions

Applied online for Administrative Assistant. Got a call about 2 months later. Interviewed at a local hotel conference room. They basically just told me about the job and and just asked if I was willing to work a rotating schedule that included holidays. Got a call 2 days later offering me a supervisor job for more money than I asked for in the interview.
