This was for a satellite branch office. Interview was fairly casual as the interviewee was still setting up the new office in his jeans and a t-shirt. Very relaxed dialogue; he did most of the talking. He showed a lot of respect and referred to the interview being a two-way process and "mutual fit." I walked in wanting the job; by the end I really wanted to work for HIM.

There were no difficult questions, just your usual work experience, values, what are you looking for kind of questions.
i applied through a temp agency, video interview with temp and then another with the hiring manager for Nationwide. Nationwide got back to the temp agency within a few days. During the video interview we went over daily expectations and pay.
Much research is required for interviews these days. Company knowledge of products and culture is a must. All of the companies that I have interviewed with don’t seem to care to hear about the person.
it was brief and the lady didn’t ask me many questions. She seemed very uninterested and bored in the interview. I was happy when it was over. I am now working at McDonalds and I am sad.
