Interview
First stage is a series of recorded videos in response to prompts around working with people. You get two mins prep time and then two mins to record an answer, you can go back to re-record an answer if you want. Second stage is a role play exercise where you are convincing someone to take part in the survey, then you can ask questions

Online, competencey based. Communication ability and calm under pressure testing how you’d deal with awkwardness. Phone and online then in person training which is usually on teams as well. Quite straight forward DBS checks also needed in depth.
