I did two in-person interviews. The first was quite brief - about 20 minutes - and the second was with a panel of five people for about an hour. I was then asked to do some test writing and editing. The interview questions were pretty standard - nothing too difficult. They said I performed well but opted to make an offer to someone with a different skill set.
