First of all, I had an interview with campus recruiting specialist. It was short (about 15 minutes) phone call. The person I spoke to was very friendly, asked some basic interview questions. After the call I had to do an "exam" (it was kinda easy - I had to give my opinion about given example of trading system, answer some theoretical questions about blackbox, whitebox and so on). And lastly, there was a zoom interview with QA director and manager. It took only 30 minutes and both of interviewers were very friendly. During interview we discussed my exam. There were no technical questions. But I think it is worth mentioning, that more or less they try to get "good vibes" from you. It looks like the most important thing for them is how good did you do in your exam and how well do you get along with interviewers.

Interview was interesting and not as usual interviews, people are expecting for you not to know it all. Beforehand a task was handed in to accomplish. Task was not hard, can be done in few hours.
