I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (Eagan, MN) in Jun 2014
Interview
First theres a phone interview, in which they ask you general questions. Then theres a group interview (at least there was for me) in which they ask questions like, describe an experience when you had to do a task with no instructions. Then if you pass that, you are called to do a background check. Most likely, if you get the background check you'll get the job because doing the background check costs money and they don't do it for people they're not thinking of hiring. DEFINITELY talk about your love of sports. Even if you don't like sports, pretend you do. Honestly, you won't get the job if you don't have a passion for sports
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Can you recall an experience you had where something went wrong and you had to fix it
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NIKE (Miami, FL) in Apr 2026
Interview
Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
Fast and efficient. Did not have to wait long. Interview questions are as expected. Questions asked are more towards competency and scenario based ones.
Basically met Store Leader of the shop over video call for the interview process
