Very straight forward. They will ask you about prior construction experience, how well you work with others, how familiar you are with ProCore and Bluebeam. It will help you salary wise to have your CSL or are at least enrolled in the prep course

The interview process was very easy and organized. It was in person which was a plus because I got to meet other people in the office as well. Easy to get into contact afterwords and hear what was thought of me.
