Applied online and went through 3 rounds of virtual interviews on Zoom/Teams. First was more formal, the following two were somewhat more casual going through the role with current team members.

Describe a time you've had to resolve a conflict at work.
Two virtual interviews then four in person interviews. Being in person felt like a massive waste of time when there were internal candidates up for the role. I’ve interviewed with NBC for a few other positions and was very disappointed with this process.
Made it to first round with hiring manager after phone screening, then the next steps two more rounds after that with sales directors and then an interview members of the team.

Straight forward interview. I met with HR as well as a few members of the team. First talked through my experience, and then more about how my experience related to the role.
