I had two interviews, one with the recruiting manager and one with the persone responsible for the hiring in the team. The first one was just a pre-screening, it was a zoom interview but the hiring manager didn't know a lot about the role or the company. The second was very specific, they were very clear in what they wanted to fullfill with the role. It was good that they a had clear view of the role.

The interview process was straight forward and the communication was clear throughout. Their recruiter was very kind and helpful in getting you ready to meet the hiring manager. They were also very clear about the expectations set for folks in the operations space and how they support overall business objectives
