I applied for a listing on indeed.com. I received an email about scheduling an interview with HR. I went to that interview and has to fill out a paper application. After a week I received an email about meeting with a branch manager. I went to that interview and it went well. Basic questions. Nothing hard. After 2 days received a phone call about extending the job to me. After I passed all pre employment. Currently waiting on my background to finish. Just thought I'll give anyone applying a glimpse of what I went through.

Got emailed pretty fast by a nice gentleman and called on the phone to set up an interview at the credit union I applied for with the assitant branch manager and branch manager. They came late 30 minutes to the interview. I came in 10 minutes early. Big red flag and unprofessional. The AM said she respected my time by coming late even though that was a time best suited for them. The questions were strange and specifically the assistant branch manager seemed confused on what she was even asking. I got moved to another inteview with the Regional Manager, however she was unproffessional, seemed disinterested and yawned multiple times. The entire process felt demotivating and not respectful of my time. Maybe I got unlucky with the people that were hiring at that specific site.
