Morton Comprehensive Health Services interview questions

I was interviewed by two men in a very comfortable setting. They took turns asking questions. They became increasingly excited about my capabilities and offered me a job above what I was originally being interviewed for. They even had HR change the job description from bachelor's degree required to bachelors degree preferred, to fit my qualifications. During my initial visit I also spoke with HR regarding benefits.
