I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Morningstar (Vāshi) in May 2014
Interview
Interview process was pretty lengthy. There may be a series of phone screenings, followed by 1-on-1s - for which they call you to their Vashi, Mumbai office. They get your flight tickets done if you are coming from out of city. There will be HR round to discuss benefits and salary. The gaps between these rounds may be way too long - many a times upto 20 days. You don't hear anything from them whether you are through or you're not!

I applied online. I interviewed at Morningstar (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Smooth scheduling, pleasant interviews, standard and straightforward questions. Was hard to find contact information for the HR individual and hiring manager to send follow-up emails. Overall fine experience, nothing stood out, but also not much to complain about.
