Morgan Stanley Spring Insight interview questions

2 Phone interviews. One with HR and another with a trader working for Morgan Stanley. First was competency based whilst the second focuses more on technical knowledge. Both assess motivation for the role.

Phone interview then an invitation to the assessment center after 2 weeks. The latter interview lasts a few hours including sessions for group discussions and personality questions. In the group discussion, everybody was given a report to bargain for their budget next year.
