I applied online through their company website. I was contacted by the recruiter for the region. She gave me a very basic run down of what the position entailed and made sure I was interested. I then interviewed with the Regional Manager via a Microsoft Teams call. It was informal and it felt like a conversation more than an interview.

This was a standard interview with usual situational/experience questions asked. I had no trouble with preparing enough for it. I recommend reviewing the job description and other like position descriptions for ability.

Interview
Had an hour long phone interview to start, a week or so later I was invited to the actual property for an in person interview. The entire interview was the PM speaking poorly about upper management which led me to not accept the he position when it was offered.
