I came in for 3 interviews. First, was with the direct supervisor and HR rep, then the department employees and finally the Executive Director/CEO. They gave me a tour and talked about the organization and asked standard questions about the skills necessary for the job. They would ask open ended questions such as tell me about your experience with event management/ public relations/ graphic design etc. The other interviews were more loose in structure and were more personal in nature. The different interviews seemed to focus on the 3 areas: skill set, team chemistry and passion. I don't think this was intentional, just an observation.
