I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mondo (Denver, CO) in Jun 2016
Interview
It started with a phone interview that was probably 25 minutes that the recruiter was late calling me about. Then a "prep" interview, which was basically a 2 minute call that was meaningless as she gave no useful prepping. I was the scheduled for an in person interview, but the recruiter called 90 minutes before my interview was to start to see if I could push it back because they were "busy." After this I withdrew my name from consideration as I saw no point in moving forward with how unprofessional the process was and how many clearly fake reviews there are in this site. Anyone applying with this company should take the time to look through the reviews and find the ones that weren't forced. The reviews are obnoxiously positive. They pride themselves on being a company you can grow with, but if you can find one person other than the CEO that has been with Mondo for more than 5 years I would be amazed.

Question 1
Why Mondo? Why technical recruiting? Nothing to difficult, quite basic.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Mondo (Charlotte, NC) in Apr 2026
Interview
First, a linkedin message from a recruiter and then a 15-minute phone screening with a recruiter and then an in-person interview with hiring manager. They hire quickly and it is a simple process.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mondo in Oct 2024
Interview
I had two different interviews for two recruiter positions a month apart. Got phone screened for both and was told the same regret answer which was they are “moving another direction with their hiring”. Just very disappointed that I was given that feedback a second time around instead of a reason as to why I wasn’t selected to move forward for a recruiter role with recruiter experience already.
Many phone calls with the internal recruiter who was very nice. Had a phone call with the VP and received from conflicting information. Both have stressed that it’s very hard work and always over 40 hours a week.
