Moncel Developer interview questions

3 interviews - first with HR, second with hiring manager, third with company CEO. The questions were not difficult - basically we went over my background, what I liked about what I did and finally I was asked if I had any questions. One last thing I was asked to do was to complete an online test that had nothing to do with my position. It consisted of basic math questions, vocabulary testing and finally, something that seemed to fall under the category of "pattern matching", I thought asking interviewees to take the test was pretentious.
