Minsait Java Architect interview questions

The process involves three interviews. One technical, second more technical and third with human resources. First HR contacted me and offered me an opportunity. The two interviews I made where ok, but surprisingly I didn't get the third. I have to say than for the first interview I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the interviewer to arrive. The second were worse. I had to wait an hour!! Not too professional.
