I really enjoyed the interview process. Very laid back throughout the whole experience. The interviewers do a great job of making you feel comfortable. I applied online and received an email for a phone interview. This was a quick 20 minute call with the recruiter about the position (responsibilities, pay range, schedule) with some questions about my experience. Was scheduled for a Skype interview right after the call which was really fun. Interviewed with two team members from the corporate location about a week later and they were great! I loved some of the fun non-traditional questions that were asked. Most questions were about my background and geared towards getting to know me. They really do a great job of asking questions that give an idea of if you align with the company values. During the second interview you get to demonstrate how to use the software to the interviewers as if they were your client which I thought was a great idea! Received an email for a third interview several days later with the department manager. The manager was very kind and asked some questions about my background as well as myself. Received an offer a day or two later. A great experience all around and I'm excited to join the team!

The process was very quick and well-organized, consisting of three interviews and an assessment. The first interview with HR was a pleasant experience. After that, I received an assessment with mainly logic-based questions. Next, I had an initial meeting with the manager, which was very positive, followed by a second meeting where I presented a task. The whole team was incredibly kind and helpful, and I felt very supported throughout the process.
