I applied online. I interviewed at Midwest-CBK (Cherry Hill, NJ)
Interview
Regional Manager was always late for interviews and training, sometimes over an hour!!! She was such a poor communicator, that I couldn't fully understand whether I was hired, where the parameters of my territory would be, when I would start, etc. I called and emailed consistently to get any or all of this info. Never had this issue before when applying for a job. Don't think this Regional really wanted to hire me due to my outgoing and friendly personality which has always made me successful in sales and public relations. She was looking for someone as cold and condescending as herself. We were total opposites, and she obviously didn't like my selling style and was out to have me fail from the beginning. Shows how unprofessional this company was to begin with. After being let go after 9 weeks, I immediately got several job offers from my store accounts INCLUDING a major competitor of Midwest! My stores cancelled orders and upcoming appts. with MWCBK after hearing about the horrible way I was treated by the VP of Marketing and my NE Regional Manager. Was a real ego-lifter after being treated so miserably by this company. The person who was nicest to me during this horrible experience was of all people, Mr. Ganz, the OWNER of the company!!!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical questions, but done in an unfriendly manner!
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Midwest-CBK in Nov 2014
Interview
Interviewed over the phone with a very cheery, upbeat person that told me they would be contacting me for another face-to-face interview. Then I had to fill out a rather lengthy questionnaire and submit that as well. I was really excited and looked forward to the face to face meeting which of course never happened and the Human Resource person never responded to my e-mail. I took the liberty of calling her and then found out the real reason....see below.

Question 1
Easy questions, "what do you like about sales" etc.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Midwest-CBK in Apr 2012
Interview
Applied online and after the application had to then take this ungodly long and detailed Test, it was crazy long and detailed, almost decided not to even bother applying but did. Recieved a call about a week later from a woman in HR headquarters. Then a week later a call from the Area Manager and scheduled an interview a week later, out of town. Had the interview and went very well, lasted about an hour, she showed me what my territory would be and basically it was half the state. I really thought I wanted the job, knew if would be fun, but the amount they give you for a car allowance and with the gas prices being so high you definitely would not come out ahead. I had my interview a 1 1/i2 weeks ago, not a call......nothing. Not really dissappointed because I was torn as to take the position if it were offered.
