Filled out an application online. Took a +100 question personality test the same day through Taleo (3rd party recruiter). A day later I received a call from Taleo to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was almost all of the +100 questions on the personality test. The phone interview was recorded. Phone interviewer was in a rush, impatient and often hard to understand. The phone interview took around 40-50 minutes. Most take over an hour.
