Interview
Contacted by HR and had a phone screen with the HR. It took them over 2 weeks to schedule the onsite interview, and they had to postpone the interview multiple times. The HR has replied emails quickly but very slow on connecting with the hiring manager. Onsite interview was fairly straightforward.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Microscan Systems
Interview
They use a recruiting firm to locate candidates as well as postings on their website and online. The hiring process follows the basic steps. I had two initial phone interviews since I was out of town. I then had a face to face with two sets of people who asked pertinent questions which I appreciated. There was a video interview with a team from the other division . The final interview was with the VP. This company didn't waste my or their time with trick or impossible questions.
I was hired as a temporary worker, and my production after training was high. I began learning the more advanced scanners, then they decided to hire me personally
