I took an in person interview with a panel of 3 members, 1 director, 2 managers. I was asked Behavioral questions, some technical questions pertaining to job for an intern position.

This was a straightforward interview . I was called by the interviewer over the phone to set up the date and time . Once I confirmed , I shows up they asked simple question

First ut was a phone screen, then they scheduled for me an in person interview with the Human Resources Recruiter and the Corporate Compliance Manager. The dynamic was like a conversation, first they told me what the Department does, what I would be assisting in and after was all about me, my experiences, skills,etc.
