Initial phone call from recruiter and regional manager, if that goes well go down to metro in person take a written test, a sim test (IIMC recovery), and oral interview with CP, checkairman and HR.

Interview
The interview process was quick and painless with Metro. I put an application in person at an event and was contacted via text message that same night by the recruiting team telling me that my application was moving forward. Shortly after that, I was offered an in person interview in Shreveport or they set travel arrangements for me. Once at the interview I was greeted and given a short exam, followed by a simulator evaluation and then a panel interview.
