I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Methods (London, England) in Nov 2022
Interview
It was a pretty standard application. I was given task to prepare and present to two interviewers. The interview was about an hour and 15 minutes. I presented first then was asked a number of competency questions about user research experience, ethics, stakeholder management, inclusive research.

The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Methods
Interview
UPDATE: I emailed methods main email address and HR called me today to say didn’t you know we gave the job to someone else via agency. The whole process stinks as I waited 2/3 months for a final interview when they had really given it to someone else. Be very careful if you are taking a role here as they may still take someone else on , whilst telling you that you that they are arranging your final round. It’s a really unprofessional way to go about things so will definitely avoid in the future
I attended the 1st stage interview, was told feedback was great and that they would like me to do a final round with the CTO. The final round never happened, I was told all kinds of excuses such as they cannot get any time from the CTO, the CTO has covid. After the covid issue I followed up once month later and was told they ate chasing up and would update me asap. I left it another month until today where im writing this review, they never bothered to respond yesterday when I said it sounds like this is totally over with. This could be a blessing as they sound very unorganised
