MeridianLink Implementation Manager interview questions

Had one call with the recruiter to screen me. She wasn't really well versed on the role, rattled off questions, and had to look at her internal sheet to answer my questions. The recruiter clearly was doing these at volume and just tried to get through it. She even called me at the wrong time I was scheduled for with a different role. Just felt disorganized and an unprofessional place to work unfortunately. Kind of glad I didn't waste my time moving forward. TLDR: RUN AWAY
