Was called about 2/3 weeks after application. Was interviewed briefly by store manager and asked to come back a few days later for 2nd interview with operations manager. I dressed in a black suit, shirt and tie to the first interview. After seeing how relaxed the first interview I ditched the jacket for the second and just went with a shirt and tie. I was offered the job on the spot at the second interview. Told to come back the following week to start.

There was a phone interview with generic questions followed by one in-person. They asked me to put together several outfits and to associate them with a customer archetype (business formal/casual etc).
