Interview process has become way more simplified since my employment. If you put on smile, be articulate and exude confidence, you practically have the job. I've found that people with confidence who are not afraid to meet new people and interact, do a great job on the interview.
I spoke for 30 minutes with the AM and Store Manager in the back room about my experience and what they were looking for and what to expect from the job.
One-on-one interview with the site manager. Went through comprehensive questions to understand each other. They were very interested in learning your past experience. Very welcoming and kind. After the interview, there was about a week between before getting hired.
