/very easy. basic questions-Challenges in nursing? Weaknesses? wanting to grow? I spoke to HR before the unit manager and she prepped me for the interview. Just be honest. Tell them you want to grow on the unit and become a leader .
Called in for an interview, and I got asked basic normal interview questions such as what is greatest strengths and weaknesses. I also got asked customer service questions, and then followed by case scenarios.

Interview
Since I had met the department's manager in person prior to the official in-person interview, this was by far the easiest interview I have ever been. It was a group panel type of interview with one department manager and two nursing educators were present. They were very friendly and calm environment.
