Interview
Completed a total of 4 interviews, all participants were very, kind, respectful, and professionally detailed.
Everything was executed in a timely and professional manner. Interview process was all virtual due to the pandemic.
My impression of the process and institution was that of a group of talented and caring medical professionals with a familial company culture.

I applied online. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
Interview
I applied through the website and a recruiter called/emailed me. Talking with her went well however she took too long to schedule the second interview and I decided to pass on the opportunity. She was nice but I was annoyed the process took too long, especially because I was interviewing with other companies at the same time and had to make a decision quickly.

Question 1
How long do you expect to stay in this position? What are your future goals.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) in Dec 2021
Interview
After submitting several applications to open positions with MSK, I received and email request for a phone interview which was set up for the next day. I researched how my current skills were transferable to the position and why I believed I was a good fit. When it came time to the interview I was met with acknowledgment that the experience was there for this position and this was a formality really. We spoke about why I wanted to make a career change at this moment and was understanding. She was honest saying she was afraid this position would not be in my salary range because it’s cap is lower than what she expects mine is now based on my level of experience. I was promised follow up with identification of several opportunities she believed I could be a good fit into. However, it has now been several days and I have followed up several times and each attempt was met with no response and I am unsure if I should continue pursing any further, or stop interviewing, but without any guidance I’m not sure what I’m expected to do that this point.
