Interview
The interview process is fairly simple. You are asked basic questions about your experience and situational questions where you provide a reply on how you will act. They provide feedback within a week. When I asked about salary no information was provided. That is apparently given when you move further in the interview process.

When a Sub-I is added to the study, what are the actions you will take? What documents will you request from the site?
Short, 3 interviews total. Phone, big interview, then a final call. They were very prompt with scheduling and letting me know where I stand in the process. Good interview process.

How my project based coursework would help me handle priorities and daily workload
I applied online. I interviewed at Medpace (London, England)
Interview
A 30 minute virtual interview. Was pretty standard. They asked what my background was, why I wanted to work for them, and my career goals. It was more of a one-one chat to see if I was a good fit. I thought it went quite well but I didn't hear back from them.
HR was on leave so the department head interviewed me directly, it was over an hour a bit exhausting though. During the interview she asked whether I have some clinical trial hands on experiences which was negative as I’m the fresh Graduate
