The Interview process consisted of a phone screening interview first with HR. This involved going through my C.V, why I thought I was suitable for the job and what experience I could bring to MediaMath.
After passing initial screening I had a 1:1 interview with the Director of IT, London. Very similar to the previous screening however their was a technical test also.
The second interview was a video conference with NY. Again this was to discuss my previous roles and see if I had suitable Technical knowledge and the right aptitude.
The final interview was in the London Office. This consisted of Four members of the IT Team going through various Technical questions and previous Experience.
