In McWane the interview process is very nice & they treat the candidates in nice manner.
The interviewers also gives confidence to us and encourage me for perform well
There was four rounds
1. Aptitude --> very easy
2. Technical interview --> Average
3. Advanced Technical + Managerial round -->Hard
4. HR interview --> Average
