Creative director was unprofessional and already irritated before arriving. Did not follow up as they had promised to do. Seemed to promote the company's well known overworking environment as a positive.

Question 1
Past experience, portfolio projects, availability to work overtime.
Recruiter first to screen the candidate. Then I chatted with the creative director. Both were done over Google Meet. The creative director asked me questions about my campaigns, my past experiences, and what I wanted out of the job.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McCann Worldgroup (New York, NY)
