Very involved management who care. People interviewing were not happy to be working for the company. Too much reliance on new business and not on existing clients. Too much turnover.

Interview
The interview process was pretty typical aside from some logic questions and a case study. The interviewers were pretty scripted and asked similar questions like "tell me about a time when..." or "describe a situation when....". The logic questions were pretty pointless. The 1:1s were informal and not challenging. The interview lasted about half a day and a decision was made pretty quickly afterward.
