Matte Creative Project Manager interview questions

The interview process was okay. Interview with recruiter, then a written assignment then an interview with 2 heads of departments at different times. Then they said there would be even another interview. It started to get ridiculous the amount of interviews but they wanted to make sure they were getting the exact right candidate.
