Interview
You just need to do a math test. Be prepare for high school math problems such as finding a line/circles equations, solving matrix and some trigonometry questions.
If you pass it, then you probably get a job as a math tutor.

Straightforward. Took online math assessment and then came in for an interview that was more of a personality check. Manager was friendly and was offered the job at the end of the interview.
