The interview consisted of two, two hour sessions. The first session was with the hiring manager and HR. The second session was with the hiring manager's manager and a cross functional manager. The interview was consisted of some technical questions but much of the focus is on you being a good fit for the company and the ability for you to learn, adapt and grow.
