Interview
I got this interview from on-campus recruitment. In the interview there was a HR and a recent hire with the same position. People were nice, and they were dressed very casually( with jeans, and no suits). Interview was all about experience on resume and behavioral question. At last, they allowed you to ask questions. It took about one hour in total. They said next round would be panel interview and they would let me know if I got in. I thought I did well but I havent heard from them.Its been almost a month. So i guess im not in.
Good interview - basic questions asked to assess if you are a good fit for the role. Some scenario based questions as well as personality questions. Overall good experience and fair interview process

Tell me a time where you had to go against a team decision. How did you approach it

Interview
1. Phone call with HR to discuss logistics.
2. Meet with hiring manager for behavioural style interview.
3. Meet with a panel to present a case study with 1 hour of prep, 30 minutes of presentation which includes Q&A and potentially additional behavioural style questions.
4. Meet with the General Manager for a final 1:1
The process overall was above average with respects to how stressful and challenging it was given there was multiple steps and a panel. Overall though I thought it was fair and allows the company to get a very good read into your communication and selling skills.

University organized. Very laid back and easy to do. Two interviewers were accommodating and not judgmental at all. Demonstrated they read my resume prior to me coming in, which I think shows that they take the time to care about who they are talking to prior to actually interviewing you
